Lyzation (born Corvaniel Johnson) is perhaps the most gifted emcees from the Texarkana, TX in over a decade, armed with a razor-sharp wit, high-velocity flow, and one of the most distinctive voices to ever be heard on wax. The consummate entertainer, Lyzation doesn’t limit himself to one particular style of music, instead traversing the entire breadth of the musical spectrum, capable of tackling virtually any genre with relative ease. Inspired by one of the all-time greats, Michael Jackson, Lyzation strives to not just give his fans dope music, but an experience they are likely to never forget.

Born and raised in the rural Northeast Texas town of Hooks, Texas, Lyzation knows about succeeding against all odds, rising from the depths of obscurity in order to stand out while others settle for blending in. After honing his skills in local rap groups, local open mics, and battles, Lyzation started his heralded Mixtape Magician series by remixing popular mainstream songs with his own unique flavor, garnering a substantial local fanbase. Graduating to producing original material with his acclaimed Unreleased Unleashed mixtape, Lyzation is ready to put the entire music industry on alert as he prepares his highly-anticipated debut solo LP, Code Red.
