We’ve been missing Kyrie Irving starring as “Uncle Drew” lately, considering it’s been about a year since the last installment of his viral acclaimed series. Luckily, the drought is over, because the hilarious third video in the Pepsi MAX clips is here.
Picking up with the last left off, Uncle Drew heads over to a jazz club to recruit his old pal “Lights” (played by Nate Robinson) and convinces him to take the court with him just one more time. The question came with a lecture from his wife, Betty Lou (Maya Moore), but like a true husband, her request fell on deaf ears and the two hit the court anyway. With no prior knowledge for what was about to take place, Kyrie and Nate gave the spectators at Seward Park in Chicago, a performance of a lifetime.
And you wouldn’t believe who came in to help the boys run GAME on the court, in some old-fashioned basketball ass-whooping at the end of their run.
